Deposit: 50% deposit secures your reservation. Balance due 7–14 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Alcohol / BYOB
BYOB is allowed for guests 21 and older. We provide ice, coolers, and cups. Plastic cups recommended — no glass bottles. Alcohol is strictly prohibited when minors are on board.
Decorations
Light decorations like balloons, streamers, and banners are welcome. No confetti, glitter, or tape on surfaces. All decorations must be removed at the end of the rental.
Pets
Pets may be allowed with prior approval during booking. Mention your pets when requesting a quote. A cleaning fee may apply.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited on all vehicles. This ensures a clean, comfortable experience for every guest.
Overtime
If your event runs over the reserved time, overtime is billed in 30-minute or 1-hour increments at a rate in your contract. Your chauffeur will notify you before time expires.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. Written cancellations must be submitted between 8 AM and 8 PM. Our policy requires 7 days' notice. Contact us for full cancellation terms.
